Danny has taught dance and fitness in California and New Mexico for 30 years. She attended UC Berkeley in Dance and has been an ACE-certified fitness instructor since 1990. She works to create a fun, energetic workout routine that will not cause injuries, and can accommodate all levels of fitness and physical limitations.
Philosophy
“I take great joy in helping people to unlock and achieve their true potential in a safe and supportive environment. With years of experience under my belt, I believe in incorporating a mix of cardio, strength and conditioning, and flexibility training into my client’s fitness plans to create truly individualized routines that address their unique needs.”

Debbie graduated from Virginia Common wealth University earning her degree in interpersonal communications, and has worked in the fitness industry since 1988. She continually updates her educational credits through professional workshops and seminars.

Aaron is a Certified Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), TRX Suspension Trainer, and he holds an AA degree in Applied Sciences with an emphasis on Exercise Science. Aaron is trained in several Martial Arts and Boxing. He specializes in corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, weight loss, endurance, and functional fitness programming. Aaron also teaches Boot Camp Fitness and Water Aerobics. He is always keeping up with the latest fitness trends and studying to become an advanced fitness specialist. He enjoys outdoor recreational activities, bodybuilding, traveling, and learning.

Pamela Herzenberg is a master certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with more than 25+ years experience. She is a top industry leader as she has presented at numerous fitness industry trade shows including ECA East Coast Alliance in New York. She has been featured in numerous TV segments and magazines as the featured fitness expert. Pamela is the co-creator and fitness video host of several trademarked original workouts. She has presented corporate wellness workshops and is a featured wellness speaker at companies nationwide. Pamela’s unique style combines high level education, fuse cue and motivation that will make you jump higher than you ever imagined!
