Beth Baldini is a native New Yorker who has spent the past 2 decades practicing different branches of yoga. She focusing on fusing different asanas together supporting an opening, strengthening, toning practice. A communal practice that also focusing on incorporating meditative breath work with the intention of increasing awareness and bringing a more balanced element into our hearts, bodies, minds and souls.
