Aaron is a Certified Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), TRX Suspension Trainer, and he holds an AA degree in Applied Sciences with an emphasis on Exercise Science. Aaron is trained in several Martial Arts and Boxing. He specializes in corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, weight loss, endurance, and functional fitness programming. Aaron also teaches Boot Camp Fitness and Water Aerobics. He is always keeping up with the latest fitness trends and studying to become an advanced fitness specialist. He enjoys outdoor recreational activities, bodybuilding, traveling, and learning.
