HIIT

Shred Class
High-Intensity Resistance Training will be a total body workout hitting each muscle group in each class and keeping our heart rate up.
This class is a style of training where you will be performing short, intense, and focused blocks of strength training with short recovery times.
We will use weights, mini bands, resistance cables, and other equipment.
The class will mainly be split into two sections: 30 minutes of strength training and 30 minutes of cardiovascular work.

FUSION: Yoga | Pilates | Stretch

Fusion

Focusing on balancing the body, mind and emotions; as well as relaxation techniques.

Aqua Power

This class utilizes the resistance of water to create a challenging workout that is non-impact and joint friendly. Taught all year, in either the indoor or outdoor pool, with a great mix of music to get you pumping, Aqua Power is as challenging as any ‘on-ground’ class.

Moving thru and against the water this class increases cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

This is a fast-paced class that combines drills, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and a variety of equipment for increased muscular strength; as well as balance, speed and both aerobic and anaerobic capacity.

Cycling

Cycling Class

Cycling classes are perfect for either the outdoor cyclist needing to train or anyone just looking for a cardio boost. With great music, each class moves through a series of challenges set to various levels of resistance.

Cycling will burn the maximum amount of calories while building lower body strength. Cycling increases cardiovascular fitness with minimal impact.

 

H.E.A.T.

Highly Effective Athletic Training

This workout is customized each week with emphasis on cardio and strength training. You’ll experience cardio conditioning for a third of the class with the remaining time spent on strength training and stretching. All styles of training and fitness equipment may be utilized during this class for Highly Effective Athletic Training.

Pilates

Tone Stretch Class

Floor exercises based on the original work of Joseph H. Pilates that bring together core strength, breath, body alignment, posture & balance. Lengthen and strengthen your body using your core muscle groups in a series of non-impact exercises designed to focus on abs, back and buttocks. This class also incorporates upper body conditioning and standing balance work.  Toning tools may be used; such as Magic Circles, small-weighted balls and bands.

Shred

Shred Class

This class mixes cardio drills, plyometrics, body weight resistance training, stability, endurance and core training. All styles of training and fitness equipment may be utilized during this class to maximize the Shred effect.
