High-Intensity Resistance Training will be a total body workout hitting each muscle group in each class and keeping our heart rate up.
This class is a style of training where you will be performing short, intense, and focused blocks of strength training with short recovery times.
We will use weights, mini bands, resistance cables, and other equipment.
The class will mainly be split into two sections: 30 minutes of strength training and 30 minutes of cardiovascular work.
