Lauren Rose teaches classes weekly at El Gancho Fitness Club, where she has taught water aerobics and cycle classes since 2000. Lauren has over 30 years of experience in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. Before obtaining a master’s degree in physical therapy, Lauren worked as a neuromuscular therapist for 10 years.
Lauren holds certifications in indoor cycling, aquatics exercise, trigger point dry needling, neuromuscular therapy, Egoscue Postural Analysis, Kinesio Taping, and assistant teaching in Neural Manipulation for the Barral Institute. She is a member of The International Pelvic Pain Society, the Interstitial Cystitis Association, APTA, and The International Association of Healthcare Practitioners.
