T’ai Chi / Qigong

T’ai Chi is an ancient Chinese body movement that helps conserve and develop life energy. Qigong is an ancient art using breath to strengthen internal organs and gentle movement for calming the mind. This class will improve posture, balance, agility, coordination, grace and mental focus. We are working with the Yang Style Long Form. The practice can be integrated into sports, work and daily life to benefit clarity, health and power within.
