Tone Stretch Class

Floor exercises based on the original work of Joseph H. Pilates that bring together core strength, breath, body alignment, posture & balance. Lengthen and strengthen your body using your core muscle groups in a series of non-impact exercises designed to focus on abs, back and buttocks. This class also incorporates upper body conditioning and standing balance work.  Toning tools may be used; such as Magic Circles, small-weighted balls and bands.
