Definitely Strength Training

If you’ve ever wanted to work with a personal trainer this is the opportunity in a group class environment. Various weights and tools are used to complete a full-body conditioning class. Power movements and strength training with a variety of exercise equipment is utilized; such as dumbbells, body bars, resistance tubing and body weight, to define all major muscle groups of the body.
