This workout is set to music uses various equipment; such as dumb bells, body bars, resistance tubing, a step and body weight to add intensity and challenge.

This weighted workout helps to lose fat and build/preserve lean body mass while raising your metabolic rate.

Emphasis is placed on proper exercise technique and cueing postural alignment.
